Yes, all lorries will have a spare gas bottle.
What is hook up and do I need it?
The horseboxes run off the leisure batteries (12V) and can also run off the generator / hook up (240V). The 12V system runs everything except the household plug sockets, but does need recharging at intervals. The 240V System will run everything. If you are away for a few days it is useful to have hook up if available as it makes life easier, but it is not essential.
